Introduction
I am delighted that you have clicked on my website. For some this may be an important first step in coming to terms with being stressed.
You will find contact detailsĀ on this site and I will respond to any request for help but it is much more important now that you have accepted that you might be stressed to discuss your situation with someone. That someone might be your partner, your GP, a work colleague, a friend, your priest, your minister or anyone you feel able to share your thoughts with. If you feel you need to have a discussion urgently then your GP should be the first port of call. Some people use a confidential helpline in the first instance such as the BDA helpline. I will discuss the definition of stress on this site but at this stage I must impress that stress if untreated can have a serious effect on both physical and mental health.
