Seeking Help
Over the last 20 years I have delivered many Stress Management Courses and I have observed a noticeable increase in the levels of stress present in course participants.
However formal courses are no longer the preferred medium for accessing information and support. This website was the obvious solution. We have mentioned awareness of stress but the stress response will often manifest itself in other ways such as behaviour change. Colleagues or partners who identify changed behaviour are often providing clues to underlying stress.
The important first step for any individual who is aware of behaviour change is to seek help. This site will provide links to relevant websites and suggestions for coping with the stress or the response to stress but there is no substitute for analysis and Action Plan as already mentioned.
